We are looking forward to a good week at LMS as it is hard to believe that February is upon us already. We are very excited for Technology Night here at LMS on Tuesday. We will get started at 6:00 pm in the Theater with Mr. Jimmy Deal speaking to us on helping our children navigate Social Media safely. After Mr. Deal finishes, LMS students will be set up in the cafeteria to show how they are developing power skills through the use of technology in our school. Refreshments and child care are being provided, we hope to see you there.
An important change is coming in the next couple of weeks in regards to entering into the main office. Recently, the district installed our new building access system. We are currently training our staff and working out any kinks before it goes live but soon you will have to be buzzed in to enter the main office. I will send out more information soon, but wanted to let you know that this change is coming soon.
FYI, we will be conducting a monthly fire drill this week. Let’s have a great week!
What book are you reading?
