LMS Update 4-19-18

Hello, Wildcat Parents!  Below is the weekly email Mrs. Nester sent to students this evening.

Hello, Wildcats! I can’t wait to see you tomorrow!!  I hope you have had a wonderful week full of fun, outdoor activities and time to recharge.  We are on the tail end of a great school year, and we need to focus our efforts on reflecting on our goals and on ending the year strong.  I have missed each and every one of you, and I will see you bright and early tomorrow morning!

We have a really busy week going on so take a look…

This week will be ABCAB with a lock down/lock out drill on Tuesday and a pep rally on Thursday.  Here is what the week will look during ATL time:

Monday, April 9

-Mission Lesson 1st 45 minutes of ATL

-Chorus practice during 2nd 45 minutes of ATL.  7th graders should report to the Chorus room  at 10:45 and 8th graders should report at 11:10.

As always, student safety is our prime concern, and we are lucky to have Lexington Police Officers with us to help check our processes and give us feedback to make sure our practice is effective and helps us improve. Teachers will take time before the drill to review the procedures.  I am so proud of the ownership you take in the safety of our school.
